CLAIM ONE · TEST IT
The airplane-mode test.
A contractor put this better than we could: put it in airplane mode, close it, reopen it, do a real job, then reconnect and check nothing was lost. That is the right test, so it is the one we publish.

Open it and put one job on the board
Sign up, name the shop, add a customer and book a job against them. No card, no call, nothing to install. Two minutes.

Turn on airplane mode
Really turn it on. Not a throttled connection — off. Leave the app open on the job you just booked.

Close the app completely and reopen it
Swipe it away. This is the step most apps fail: the shell has to load from the phone, and the session has to survive with no network to check it against.

Do the work
Open the job. Mark yourself on the way, then on site. Add notes. Record the diagnosis, the materials and the labour. Record a cash or cheque payment.

Watch what the header says
It reads how many changes are held on the phone. Nothing shows a green tick until the office has it — an amber mark means saved here, not saved there.

Turn the signal back on
Do nothing else. The queue sends itself in order and the marks turn green. Nothing to press, nothing to reconcile.

From the menu, More → Your data. It is in the product, not behind a support ticket.

One click produces your full record — customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, payments — as spreadsheet files your bookkeeper can open.

Check it without us
The same screen produces a file you can verify independently in a browser at /verify. If a number ever looks wrong, you are holding the proof rather than asking us for it.
BEFORE YOU FIND OUT THE HARD WAY
What does not work yet.
You will find these in the first hour, so you should read them in the first minute. We would rather lose the trial than the trust.
Photos, messages and card payments
Photos are the one field write that needs signal — the file has to be stored before a job can point at it. Take them with your camera and attach them when you are back in range. Customer texts and card payments also need a connection. Cash and cheques record offline.
Two trucks first, then the rest
Shops from one to twenty-five trucks can join, but nobody starts fleet-wide. Two or three technicians run alongside your current system for a week or two, and we widen when you have seen it hold. We have not yet evidenced twenty-five devices reconnecting at once, and we would rather tell you that than find out on your Monday. Accounting is a deterministic export your bookkeeper reviews — not a live QuickBooks connection.
