Free while you're a founding design partner and we build this with you. When the pilot ends, a flat monthly rate by active field crew — no per-user increment inside your bracket — held for as long as you stay.

Company onboarding is capacity-reviewed rather than self-serve. The system has been engineered for the event volume, but a whole fleet still starts with 2–3 technicians and widens only after a complete working week. Price certainty does not remove the rollout safety gate.

Active field crew means technicians doing field work. Owners, dispatchers, accountants and office-only users do not increase the price. Growth is reviewed over 90 days, with notice and a grace period before any bracket changes.

During the founding pilot, we agree this count with you from your active roster. Automated subscription billing is not live, and JobCard does not track vehicles to infer a price.

What the same brackets cost once the founding program ends. Founding partners are never moved onto this ladder — these are the numbers everyone else starts paying.

No per-gigabyte charges, no export fees, no charge to leave. Job photos and your full history are part of the price — charging a shop to retain the record of its own work is not something we intend to do.

Team-plan pricing steps up. Our founding rate stays flat.

Month-to-month, one vendor seat per active field worker, using the smallest published plan that covers the crew. At one field worker the difference is a wash — we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. At five and eight users, JobCard's founding rate is below both published alternatives.

Both are cheaper if you commit to twelve months — that is a trade, not a discount, and month-to-month is the column shown here because it is what JobCard offers. We have left ServiceTitan out of the table because it publishes no pricing, and we will not put a number in your mouth that we cannot show you.

Its exact published team plans are $199 for up to five users, $299 for up to ten, and $399 for up to fifteen; larger teams contact sales.

The JobCard column is the founding rate from day 91 after completing the pilot: $49/mo flat for 1–2 active field workers, $149/mo flat for 3–8, and $299/mo flat for 9–25. It is not the general public pricing shown further up this page, and a founding shop is never moved onto that ladder.
